Shipping Policy – SHOESLI

Thank you for shopping with us! At SHOESLI, we strive to give you fast, high-quality service. Here is our shipping policy:

Delivery time

  • "In stock" items: within 3 business days from the time of order.

  • "Pre-order" items (not in stock): 7–18 business days.

  • Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and Israeli holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping anywhere in the country costs ₪30.

  • Orders of 2 pairs or more ship free.

  • The final, binding shipping cost for your order will be clearly shown in the cart and/or at checkout.

Shipping areas

  • We ship to any address in Israel.

Shipping method

  • We use express door-to-door delivery services.

Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress on the courier company's website.

Shipping address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided when placing the order is correct and complete. An incorrect address may cause delays or failed delivery.

Shipping delays

  • We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times, but delays beyond our control may occasionally occur (such as courier delays, weather conditions or exceptional demand during holiday periods). In such cases, we will keep you informed as far as possible.

Delivery problems

If you have any problem receiving your order (for example, a package that did not arrive within a reasonable time, or a damaged package), please contact us as soon as possible:
