Returns and Exchanges Policy – SHOESLI
At SHOESLI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and believe in the quality of our products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return or exchange it according to the following conditions:

Conditions for returning/replacing a product:
- Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in new condition, in its original packaging, with all original labels, without any signs of use, damage or wear.
- All products on the site can be returned/exchanged subject to compliance with these conditions.

- The cost of shipping back to us is borne by the customer. and will not be returned (except in cases of a defective/wrong product, as specified in Section 6).

Receiving and inspecting the product:
- Upon receipt of the returned product at our offices, we will inspect it and ensure that it meets the policy conditions (new condition, unused, etc.).

Refund (in case of return):
- If the product is found to be in good condition and meets the return conditions, the matter will be forwarded to the accounts department for a refund.
- The refund will be for the cost of the product only (excluding the original shipping fees paid on the order, if any).

Price differences:
- If the new item selected is more expensive than the returned item, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

- Shipping the replacement item: The new item will be shipped to the customer. At our expense (SHOESLI), at no additional cost to the customer for this delivery.

Defective or incorrect product:
- We apologize in advance if you happen to receive a damaged product or a different product than what you ordered.
